Make sure your full body is visible in the camera — from head to feet. Cropping your body below the knees will cause tracking issues.
Good lighting matters. Our AI tracks you best in a well-lit room. Avoid backlighting (standing in front of a window). An extra lamp or LED panel makes a big difference indoors.
Use a tripod or phone stand at waist height, 6–8 feet away. A stable, consistent camera angle helps the AI track you accurately.
Stay on Wi-Fi for the most consistent experience. GOATY sends your camera frames to our servers and gets tracking data back in real time — a stable connection keeps this smooth.
If you hear audio static or screeching, use wired earbuds or AirPods. Bluetooth speakers can cause interference on some devices.
If tracking seems off, reload the page (pull down to refresh on mobile). This reconnects to our servers and resets the session.
